Cheap Jogging Stroller

Tips On Finding A Cheap Jogging Stroller

There are so many jogging strollers on the market that it can be hard to first, choose the right one, and second, find a cheap jogging stroller that fits in your budget.

If you have a limited budget then often your best bet is to shop online.  There are online only retailers that offer good deals as well as online retail sites for all major stores and supermarkets.  Online sites have a wide selection of both pricey and affordable strollers of all types, sizes, and brand names.  You would, however, want to make sure the site you are considering buying a stroller from offers free or low cost shipping.  Many online sites ship for free, but others do not and it can be a bit pricey to have a stroller shipped to you, depending on where you live and how heavy the particular stroller you are buying is.

There are a few cheap jogging stroller options that can be found online, such as the Teal and Dijon Colored Instep 11-KS128 Run Around Stroller selling for $75 at the online retail site MeoEstore.com. There is also the Blue and Grey or Red and Grey Instep Safari Swivel-Wheel Jogging Stroller for $95 on Wal-Marts online retail site, and the Baby Trend Expedition LX Jogging Stroller selling on the Toys R Us online retail site for $120.

If you are not particular about buying a new stroller, you can often buy cheap jogging strollers that are still in good condition used.  EBay is a good site to check out if you are interested in used jogging strollers; however, it is often better to see the item in person before you purchase it.  Craigslist has a listing of used baby strollers for sale in your area, as does your hometown newspaper classifieds.

Once you have found one or more possibilities for sale in your area call the individual seller and make an appointment to come and see the stroller in person.  Check to make sure it is still in good condition; even if it has seen a little wear and tear, you will want to make sure that it does not have serious damage.  Remember, you cannot return or exchange items that have been purchased used from an individual seller.

Talk with the seller regarding the price; you can often get the price reduced from the price quoted initially, especially if the person selling the cheap jogging stroller is eager to get rid of it or has been trying to sell it for some time.

The Schwinn Jogging Stroller - Facts and Issues to Consider Before Purchasing

By Eshera Talison
Durability and weight are both key factors when picking out a stroller. The best choice would be a balance with great strength, yet as light as possible. There are strollers that have a welded aluminum frame, which will be lighter that ones with tube metal frames connected by plastic joints. Ideally, the stroller should not weigh more than 25 pounds, especially if being used for travel.
